Alexander founded the salestech group to support clients in achieving sustainable growth through data- and technology-driven solutions. He brings many years of experience managing global sales and marketing teams for leading brands.

Philipp has extensive corporate finance experience, having held roles in private equity (Montagu Private Equity) and mergers & acquisitions (Rothschild).

Werner was a founding member of the global client-agency joint venture Spark44, where he led its development. He later focused on creating branded streaming content in entertainment environments. His international agency experience includes positions at DDB, Ogilvy, and Pixelpark.

Serhan is Chief Growth Officer of the salestech group and CEO of ILI.DIGITAL. He is responsible for unlocking new market potential and driving the strategic use of AI in digitalization and transformation — with the goal of securing sustainable growth for our clients.

Mandy and her team oversee all employees across the group, managing talent and cultural initiatives throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Previously, she held senior HR roles at communications agencies such as Grabarz & Partner, Interone/BBDO, and DDB.
